Mexican president meets U.S., Canadian leaders

012GUADALAJARA, Mexico - Mexican President Felipe Calderon held bilateral meetings with his U.S. counterpart Barack Obama and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, respectively, on the eve of the 5th North American Leaders’ Summit.
During the 45-minute meeting between Calderon and Obama at the Cabanas Cultural Institute, the two leaders discussed such issues as bilateral trade ties, cooperation in combating A/H1N1 flu and the violence and drug problems in the U.S.-Mexico border area.
